About the author
Malini Singh is a Hotel Management graduate from Bangalore University and MSc in Tourism from Annamalai University. The author is presently pursuing her PhD in Tourism and Hospitality from IGNOU.
Ms. Singh had joined the hotel industry in 1999 with Taj Group of Hotels followed by her stint at the Angsana Oasis Spa and Resort (A Banyan Tree property) as  Executive housekeeper. After her services with these two organizations, the author associated herself with teaching. She is currently serving as lecturer in one of the best hotel management institutes run by M.S.Ramaiah College of Hotel Management, Bangalore.
